Sound the alarm! You made it through curlBOX’s first 15 Minute Fitness Fix. With the help of celebrity trainer Ray Grayson (T: @shutupandtrain), we’ve created a fun routine to work your core, glutes, legs and arms. Please combine all of the videos this week and you’ll have a fun and fairly simple routine that you can do sans a gym.
For our last workout, we went back to the glutes with these dog legs with a kick. We get so many questions about how to get your derriere in shape, we figured that we’d dedicate two days to it! You’re welcome.

Make sure to stretch before attempting this exercise to ensure that you don’t pull a muscle.
